Features

• Fully motorized XY movement; focus and filter cube changes allow whole slide scanning and easy slide navigation using our programmable joystick.
• Focus stage provides 20 nm minimum incremental move and 200 nm repeatability.
• 6-position motorized filter cube turret accepts Zeiss “push and click” style filter cubes.
• Quick-change objective system minimizes moving mass for move and settle times down to 50 msec. Manual objective changes can be performed in seconds. Allows use of any objective thread.
• 3-channel LED illuminator provides broad spectrum excitation for fluorophores from DAPI to Cy5. LED channels are individually switchable.
• Control all motorized and LED functions using
  Micro-manager open source microscopy software.
