Butterfly LaserMounts
The 203 and 205 LaserMounts provide an excellent solution to thermal management and electrical connections of butterfly laser modules. With both active and passive temperature control options, you can pick the mount that best fits your application needs.
The Butterfly LaserMounts support both 14-pin butterflies as well as packages with 7-pins on one side and an SMA/RF connector on the other. Loading of the device is made simple zero insertion force sockets, and configuring the mount to the pin-out of your device is done with a solderless terminal strip.
Each mount makes their laser driver and temperature controller connections through a DB-9 LDD and one (or two for TEC controlled versions) DB-15 TEC connector(s) on the back of the mount. This allows for quick connections to any Arroyo Instruments controllers.

207 Series LaserMounts
The 207 Series LaserMounts provide an excellent solution to thermal management and electrical connections of lower power fiber pigtail lasers and LEDs. With both active temperature control, you’ll have confidence that your device temperature is where its supposed to be
The 207 comes with a wide variety of mounting hole for various devices. If your device is not supported, contact the factory about a custom cold plate to meet your exact mounting needs.

DIL LaserMounts
The DIL LaserMounts provide an excellent solution to thermal management and electrical connections of DIL laser modules. With both active and passive temperature control options, you can pick the mount that best fits your application needs.
The DIL LaserMounts support both 14-pin DIL lasers as well as the smaller 8-pin mini-DIL packages (213 LaserMount only).
Loading of the device is made simple zero insertion force sockets, and configuring the mount to the pin-out of your device is done with a solderless terminal strip.

Laser/LED LaserMounts
The LED LaserMount support LED Devices with active cooling, and easy configuration and device connections.
The 226 is an excellent solution for LED applications where temperature stabilization is needed. Connections are easy with the 2mm banana jacks on the side of the mount, making it easy to connectorize your device. In addition to the STAR hole pattern, the 226 also features a grid of additional holes in a “breadboard” pattern, which be used for mounting custom devices.

TO-Can LaserMounts
The TO-Can LaserMounts support TO-Can with active cooling, and easy configuration and device connections. The 234B is a more powerful version of the 224 and supports high-power TO-can devices as well as 2-pin devices.

240 Series LaserMounts
The 240 Series LaserMounts are designed to provide high performance and long term operation. Supporting C-Mount, HHL, and TO-3 devices, the 240 Series is an excellent way to connect to and thermally manage your device.
All mounts feature solderless connections for quick setup, and an integrated fan for maximum thermal performance.
Each 240 Series mount is a post-mounted fixture, and a pedestal is included with the mount. For custom applications, the pedestal can be removed, and both ¼-20 and M4 threaded holes are provided on the bottom of the mount.

260 Series LaserMounts
The 260 Series LaserMounts are designed to provide high performance and long term operation. All mounts feature solderless connections for quick setup, and an integrated fan for maximum thermal performance. Each 260 Series mount can be bolted to an optical table or work surface using holes matching the 1″ centers of most optical tables.
The 260 Series is available in either active temperature control or passive. If your design is not supported by the standard mount, either version can be customized to match your mounting hole requirements.

274 TECMounts
The 274 TECMount offers excellent cooling performance in a small footprint. By employing water cooling, the 274 achieves up to 180W cooling capacity when using 20C water (even more capacity with lower water temperatures).
The 274 is an actively cooled mount, which means there is an integrated TEC to precisely control the plate temperature. The cold plate is hard nickel-plated copper for maximum thermal performance.
Water cooling enables a small form factor by using water, instead of air, to remove the waste heat from the system. Because the plate is actively cooled with a TEC, actual water temperature is not critical, although lower water temperatures does increase thermal capacity of the mount.

280 Series TECMounts
The 280 Series TECMounts are designed to provide high thermal capacities in a compact and functional enclosure, with 30W and 100W models available. Precision engineered and ready to go right out of the box, these mounts come with a very flexible array of mounting holes and the temperature sensor built-in. Need to use the device for temperature feedback? No problem, you can easily wire in the device’s sensor and even select between device and internal temperature feedback with a switch on the mount.
The 280 Series Mounts are available in an optional high temperature configuration, allowing for operation up to 150°C, but retaining the temperature range and thermal capacity of the standard mount. Because thermistors do not perform well at high temperatures, the sensor is replaced with a high accuracy Pt 100 RTD sensor. There is additional cost for the high temperature configuration, please contact the factory for a quote.
Like many of our other mounts, the cold plate can be customized to fit the exact requirements of your application. We can put mounting holes just where you need them so your device mounts directly to the plate, without the need for adapters or modification.
